IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1.Mode of Carrying out the Internship: Offline only.

2.For whom (Eligibility): Students from other reputed institutes pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree are eligible to do an internship in IIIT-NR under the supervision of any faculty member at IIIT-NR.

3. The candidate must be from CSE, IT, ECE, ETE, EE, EEE, EI, Mathematics, Physics, Management, and related background. B.Tech. candidates must be completing their 6 th semester (3 rd year).

4.Duration: An intern has to work offline for 6 to 8 weeks to receive a stipend and certificate. Students may join earlier/later as per their academic calendar, but the duration should be at least 6 weeks.

5. Stipend will be provided to selected students on successful internship completion and his/her faculty supervisor’s recommendation..

6. Selection: A committee comprising faculty members will screen and finalize the candidates for accepting as Summer Interns and attach each intern with a faculty supervisor on the explicit willingness of a faculty mentor. The Committee will select the interns based on CGPA/interview/project proposal, technical accomplishments, etc.

7. The candidates will be informed about the acceptance of their candidature subject to fulfillment of Institute Rules.

8. Selected candidates will have to report at IIIT Naya Raipur on the reporting date with an Internship Letter, Application Form, etc. Due to genuine hardships, a delay of 2-3 days can be granted on prior requests.

9. Accommodation: Interns will be provided hostel accommodation (if required) with nominal charges. The accommodation facility is subject to availability. Other than hostel charges the intern must pay for the cost of food and access to other amenities.

10. Applicants must submit a report at the end of the internship tenure.

Note: Interested candidates must apply online in the prescribed format on or before 15^th May 2024. No separate application through letter or email will be entertained.
