PREVIOUS OIPs

Every year, OIP attracts a large number of applications from various higher-educational institutions across India. Out of these, selected students from different institutes get an opportunity to do an internship at IIIT-NR. Some are from the State of CG, while others are from reputed institutions like IITs, NITs, IIITs, well-known private universities, etc., all over India. IIIT-NR is proud to host, guide, and provide them exposure to research through its state-of-art laboratories, recent advanced technologies, tools, and library facilities, in addition to financial support.

The purpose of the OIP is to enable undergraduate students to carry out independent research in their field of interest. Students also get to attend special lectures and workshops, making their stay a rewarding experience. In their feedback, some interns expressed that at IIIT-NR, they gained exposure to new technologies and hands-on experience with various advanced tools that they needed to be made aware of and were not available at their parent institutions.
