Young researcher award:

Eligibility for young researcher award: Ph.D. candidates, studying in India or abrupt in any field, may apply for this award. The successful candidate will be selected based on the biodata, research publication, Ph.D. research plan, and the paper accepted at TRIBES – 2021.

Application criteria are as follows:
I. Completion of at least two years in the Ph.D. program on the day of the last date of application.
II. The doctoral degree must not have been awarded on the day of the last date of application
III. Acceptance of at least one paper in TRIBES – 2021 with the candidate as the first author

Application Procedure for Young researcher award:

To be considered for the eligibility for young researcher award, the applicants are required to provide the following information:

I. A brief resume (maximum two pages)
II. List of publication [Enlist only SCI (extended) indexed journals and international conferences]
III. Accepted TRIBES – 2021 paper where he/she is the first author
IV. Copy of TRIBES – 2021 paper acceptance
V. A brief description of planned Ph.D. research work (maximum one page)
VI. Official document, shoeing the date of enrolment in the PhD program
VII. A recommendation letter from PhD supervisor [This recommendation letter should also mention that the PhD degree (including the provisional degree) is not going to be awarded by the last date of application for TRIBES – 2021.

Evaluation: The evaluation for this award will be done based on
(i) Past Research work – 30 marks
(ii) PhD Proposal -25 marks
(iii) Current Paper at TRIBES-2021 – 25 marks
(iv) Technological knowledge – 20 marks (Total marks=100).
