Prof. Satish K. Sharma
Professor and Director, San Diego State University

Prof. Satish Kumar Sharma is currently a Professor and the Director with the Antenna and Microwave Laboratory, San Diego State University. He has authored or co-authored over 200 research papers published in international journals and conferences. He has co-edited three books. He holds one U.S. and one Canadian patents. Dr. Sharma is a Full Member and the Chair of the technical activities of the USNC/URSI, Commission B, Fields and Waves. He received the IEEE AP-S Harold A. Wheeler Prize Paper Award in 2015, the National Science Foundation’s Prestigious Faculty Early Development (CAREER) Award in 2009, and the Young Scientist Award of URSI Commission B, Field and Waves, during the URSI Triennial International Symposium on Electromagnetic Theory, Pisa, Italy, in 2004. He was recognized as the Outstanding Associate Editor (AE) of the IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation (IEEE TAP) in 2014. He served as an AE for IEEE TAP (2009-2017) and currently serves as an AE for the IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters.

Dr. Lipo Wang
School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

Dr. Lipo Wang received the Bachelor degree from National University of Defense Technology (China) and PhD from Louisiana State University (USA). He is presently on the faculty of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interest is artificial intelligence with applications to image/video processing, biomedical engineering, and data mining. He has 330+ publications, a U.S. patent in neural networks and a patent in systems. He has co-authored 2 monographs and (co-)edited 15 books. He has 8,000+ Google Scholar citations, with H-index 43. He was keynote speaker for 36 international conferences. He is/was Associate Editor/Editorial Board Member of 30 international journals, including 4 IEEE Transactions, and guest editor for 10 journal special issues. He was a member of the Board of Governors of the International Neural Network Society, IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS), and the IEEE Biometrics Council. He served as CIS Vice President for Technical Activities and Chair of Emergent Technologies Technical Committee, as well as Chair of Education Committee of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS). He was President of the Asia-Pacific Neural Network Assembly (APNNA) and received the APNNA Excellent Service Award. He was founding Chair of both the EMBS Singapore Chapter and CIS Singapore Chapter. He serves/served as chair/committee members of over 200 international conferences.

Dr. Pawan Lingras

Dr. Pawan Lingras is a Faculty of Mathematics and Computing Science and Director of M.Sc. in Computing and Data Analytics at Saint Mary’s University (SMU), Halifax. He has authored more than 200 research papers in various international journals and conferences. He has also co-authored three textbooks, co-edited two books, and nine volumes of research papers. Over last 25 years, his research and commercialization funding includes NSERC Discovery and Engage, NRC/IRAP, Nova Scotia Productivity and Innovation fund, and Mitacs for projects in data mining, big data, retail mining, wearable technology, Internet of Things, sensor data analysis, Web usage mining, image processing, engineering process mining, clustering - pattern profiling, prediction, automated classification, association mining and optimization using evolutionary algorithms.
Pawan is a recipient of Father William A. Stewart, S.J., Medal for Excellence in Teaching (SMU Alumni Association) and Faculty of Science Teaching Excellence award (SMU Student Uniion). He coached CS Huskies programming team from 1999-2010, which won eight Atlantic Canadian Championships, four runner-up, and one trip to the World Finals (Hawaii, 2002). He continues to mentor students in app development competitions.
Pawan is a graduate of IIT Bombay with graduate studies from University of Regina. His co-authors hail from from Canada, India, China, Tunisia, USA, UK, Germany, Norway, and Chile. He was the Director of a Business Administration and Computing program in the The Gambia, West Africa. He served as a University Grant Council (UGC) funded Scholar-in-Residence at SRTM University, Nanded, and as a visiting professor at IIT Gandhinagar, both in India. He extensively travels through India as an invited speaker. He served as a Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute Scholar. He has also participated in Science tour of Germany and most recently served as a visiting faculty at Munich University of Applied Sciences.

Prof. Raj Mittra
Professor, Pennsylvania State University

Raj Mittra (Life Fellow, IEEE) was a Professor with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, Champaign, IL, USA, from 1957 to 1996. He was a Professor with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Penn State University, State College, PA, USA, from 1996 to 2015. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department, University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL, USA, where he is also the Director of the Electromagnetic Communication Laboratory. He holds the position of a Hi-Ci Professor with King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is also a Principal Scientist and a President of RM Associates.,Dr. Mittra was a recipient of the Guggenheim Fellowship Award, in 1965, the IEEE Centennial Medal, in 1984, the IEEE Millennium Medal, in 2000, the IEEE/AP-S Distinguished Achievement Award, in 2002, the Chen-To Tai Education Award, in 2004, the IEEE Electromagnetics Award, in 2006, and the IEEE James H. Mulligan Award, in 2011. He has served as an Editor for the Transactions of the Antennas and Propagation Society. He is serving as the Co-Editor-in-Chief for the e-Journal FERMAT. Prof. Brajesh Kumar Kaushik

Prof. Brajesh Kumar Kaushik received his Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in 2007 from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India. He joined Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of technology, Roorkee, as Assistant Professor in December 2009; and since April 2014 he has been an Associate Professor. He has extensively published in several national and international journals and conferences. He is a reviewer of many international journals belonging to various publishers including IEEE, IET, Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Emerald, ETRI, and PIER. He has served as General Chair, Technical Chair, and Keynote Speaker of many reputed international and national conferences. Dr. Kaushik is Senior Member of IEEE and member of many expert committees constituted by government and non-government organizations. He holds the position of Editor and Editor-in-Chief of various journals in the field of VLSI and microelectronics such as International Journal of VLSI Design & Communication Systems (VLSICS), AIRCC Publishing Corporation. He also holds the position of Editor of Microelectronics Journal (MEJ), Elsevier Inc.; Journal of Engineering, Design and Technology (JEDT), Emerald Group Publishing Limited; Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Research (JEEER); and Academic Journals. He has received many awards and recognitions from the International Biographical Center (IBC), Cambridge. His name has been listed in Marquis Who’s Who in Science and Engineering® and Marquis Who’s Who in the World®. Dr. Kaushik has been conferred with Distinguished Lecturer award of IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) to offer EDS Chapters with a list of quality lectures in his research domain.

Prof. Ram Bilas Pachori
Professor, Indian Institute of Technology Indore

Ram Bilas Pachori received the M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, Kanpur, India in 2003 and 2008, respectively. He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Charles Delaunay Institute, University of Technology of Troyes, Troyes, France during 2007- 2008. He was a Visiting Professor at School of Medicine, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, Taylorˊs University, Subang Jaya, Malaysia during 2018-2019. He worked as a Visiting Scholar at Intelligent Systems Research Center, Ulster University, Northern Ireland, UK during December 2014. He is an Associate Editor of Electronics Letters, Biomedical Signal Processing and Control Journal, and an IETE Technical Review-journal editor. He is a senior member of IEEE and a Fellow of IETE and IET. He has supervised 12 Ph.D., 20 M.Tech., and 37 B.Tech. students for their theses and projects. He has 215 publications which include journal papers (129), conference papers (66), books (04), and book chapters (16). His publications have around 7800 citations with h index of 47 (Google Scholar, March 2021). He has been listed in the top h index scientists in Computer Science and Electronics by the Guide2Research website. He has been listed in the world’s top 2% scientists in the study at Stanford University, USA. His research interests are Signal and Image Processing, Biomedical Signal Processing, Non-stationary Signal Processing, Speech Signal Processing, Brain-Computer Interfacing, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare.

Prof. Hafizur Rahaman

Prof. Hafizur Rahaman is full professor of Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, India. Prior to joining the IIEST Shibpur, he served as Design Engineer (System) in CMPDI (GoI R & D organization). Dr. Rahaman visited as Post Doctoral Research Fellow under EPSARC Grant in the Design and Verification Division of Computer Science Department, Bristol University, UK during 2006-2007. During 2008-2009, Dr. Rahaman received Royal Society International Fellowship award to carry out one year advanced research in the Design and Verification Division of Computer Science Department, University of Bristol, United Kingdom. He served as visiting professor at the Computer Architecture Division, University of Germany, under DST-DAAD research fellowship award during 2013-2015.
His research interests include Logic Synthesis, design and testing of Integrated Circuits and nano-biochips, Nanoscale Technologies and Computing viz. Memristors and Reversible Quantum Circuit Synthesis etc. He leads the VLSI design and test group, Chip-to Systems Program, GoI for fabrication of integrated circuits at IIEST, Shibpur, India. He is also active in international collaborative research with the Bristol University (UK), University of Bremen (Germany), Duke University (USA), and Hiroshima University (Japan). He has established a strong collaboration with HiSim Laboratory, Hiroshima University since 2015. Currently he is engaged in several collaborative research projects with the different companies and research organizations including ARM, Sankalp Semiconductor. His research has been funded by DEITY (MCIT, GoI), DST (GoI), CSIR (GoI), DIT (Gov. of WB), AICTE, UGC, Royal Society-UK, DAAD Foundation (Germany) and several industrial partners. He has contributed more than 300 research articles in archival journals and refereed conference proceedings. He has also contributed towards several book chapters in edited volumes from different publishers including CRC press, and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg etc. He published a book on emerging technology entitled “Carbon Nanotube and Graphene Nanoribbon Interconnects”, CRC Press (Taylor and Francies Group), USA, December 2014. Dr. Rahaman is a Member of the VLSI Society of India (VSI), Senior Member of the IEEE, and ACM Sigda. He is regular reviewer of IEEE TCAD, IEEE TVLSI, IEEE TC, and ACM TODAEs. He has served/is serving as General Chair/Program Chair/Track Chair/TPC member in several conference committees including VLSI Design, VDAT, ATS, ISED, ISVLSI, ASP-DAC, ISPD, ISDCS etc. He has initiated an IEEE International symposium on Devices, Circuits and systems (ISDCS) in collaboration with Hiroshima University, Japan under the bi-lateral cooperation between India and Japan. This symposium will be held annually in India and in Japan alternatively. This symposium will strengthen the cooperation between the two countries.

Dr. Durgesh Kumar Mishra
National Treasurer Computer Society of India (CSI), Chairman ACM Indore Chapter

Dr. Durgesh Kumar Mishra has received M.Tech. Degree in Computer Science from DAVV, Indore in 1994 and Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering in 2008. Presently, he has been working as a Director and Professor (CSE) & Founder Director, Microsoft Innovation Centre at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology, Indore, MP. Ex-visiting faculty at IIT-Indore. He has 30 years of teaching and 15 years of research experience with a good number of citations with h-index and i-index. Recently he published 10 patents, more than 90 papers in refereed journals and conferences in his research field. His PhD is on Secure Multi-Party Computation for Preserving Privacy. He has organized a number of IEEE, ACM and Springer conferences in the capacity of conference General Chair and editor of conference proceedings. He is a Sr Member of IEEE, ACM and CSI and held many positions like Chairman, IEEE MP-Subsection (2011-2012), and Chairman IEEE Computer Society Bombay Chapter (2009-2010). Chairman CSI Division IV Communication at National Level (2014-2018). At Present, he is National Treasurer Computer Society of India as well as Chairman ACM Indore Chapter. Dr Mishra visited and delivered his invited talk in Taiwan, Bangladesh, Singapore, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, USA, UK and France. He has authored a book on “Database Management Systems”. He has been a consultant to industries and government organizations like the sales tax and labor department of the government of Madhya Pradesh, India. He has been awarded with “Paper Presenter award at International Level” by the Computer Society of India. He visited MIT Boston and presented his presentation on Security and Privacy he has also Chaired a panel on “Digital Monozukuri” at “Norbert Winner in 21st century” at BOSTON. He became a Member of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Govt of India for the Information Security domain. Recently, Microsoft was invited for his felicitation and to deliver his on Innovation at Xi’an China. He has a recipient of many awards from the largest professional society CSI.

Prof. Shruti Dubey

Prof. Shruti Dubey is a pioneer in the field of Differential equations and working as a Professor in the Department of Mathematics, IIT Madras. Her areas of interest include nonlinear analysis for fractional functional differential equations and mathematical study of ferromagnetic systems. She has authored/co-authored several papers in the journals of internataional repute, to name a few, Fractional Calculus and Applied Analysis, Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, Applied Mathematics and Computation, and Research in the Mathematical Sciences, etc. She has served as a guest editor for a prestigious international journal Differential equations and dynamical systems. She is an elected member of National Academy of Sciences India (NASI). She has a research project sponsored by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. She has delivered invited talks on various forums in India and abroad. Apart from her didactic activities, she holds administrative responsibilities at IIT Madras. She is also serving as a reviewer for various international journals.
