Limited accommodation available in the following guest house/hostel of the institute:

• Institute Guest House (Aaranya):
  Double bed-AC room
  Rs. 500.00 per head per day on twin sharing basis
• Institute Hostel:
  Non-AC rooms
  Rs. 50.00 per head per day

Due to limited availability of accommodation, we will make allotments strictly on first-come-first-serve basis. Also, we may not always be able to provide accommodation based on single occupancy and in such cases, twin sharing has to be accepted. NOTE: The accommodation in the Institute Guest House will be preferably given to the Faculties/Company delegates visiting the conference and if left with extra rooms, then it will be allotted to other participants of the conference.
